Dear Read,
I wanted to take a moment and write you this letter. I do not write letters like this often, but mostly because people don't warrant so much praise. I am a skeptical person. I am that way because of the many years of dealing with people who promise you the world to get your business, but then disappoint you by not providing the service you paid for.
Moving is terribly stressful for everyone. Moving across country has to be the worst type of move. We had a terrible experience with Allied Movers when we first came to Georgia from Texas. We had broken belongings and extra costs at our destination. The loaders and unloaders were rude and lazy. It was a nightmare. I could go on, but I'd only turn you from your lunch.
So I was leary when I searched for a mover to take us back to Texas from Georgia. Georgia Pack and Load has an excellent reputation with the Better Business Bureau! You had references I could call, and you presented yourself as a true professional, not pushy like most of the others I spoke with. I told you what I wanted and you told me you could deliver (no pun intended). I was very impressed with your direct, no nonsense approach and the completeness with which you covered the subject during our meeting. When the loaders arrived, they were polite to my wife and I. They treated my belongings like they were important and my family like we were important. They were on time in Texas and did a great job unloading. The attitudes of the loaders and unloaders on both ends were a very pleasant surprise. We were very happy with our experience working with Georgia Pack and Load. I recommend your company to anyone who will listen, and would be happy to serve as a reference for your company in the future. Feel free to have any skeptics e-mail me at my address. If I can't convince them to go with you, you don't want them for customers!
Georgia Pack and Load backed up the promises you made and proved to me that it is a company run by professionals who are reliable, and will be the ones I call when the time comes for us to move back to the East coast. I thank you all for making a potentially terrible experience, one that was actually enjoyable! You guys rock!

Dear Mr. Herrin,
Nancy and I want you to be aware of the professional job your "team" did yesterday in moving our furniture to our temporary rental house. You can be assured when we move again in nine months to our new home, your company will be our "mover". Your team worked harmoniously with each other and completed several tasks which I felt would not have been done by other movers. Such as assistance with the dryer "prong", dryer vent and ice maker plumbing. They could have said "we do not do this", instead they told my wife what they needed and off to Home Depot she went. Needless to say, I was quite impressed by your "team".
Please pass along our appreciation and praise to them. Also, please feel free to use as references for other prospects you encounter.
Thanks again,
Pete & Nancy Paulos

Dear Mr. Garber,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the three (expert) men your company sent to my apartment last Saturday (December 7th). They were extremely capable and handled my belongings as though it were their own, (and I mean that in a good way)! My husband and I were very impressed with the caliber of workmanship, which your men showed our family. Again, thank you for a “GREAT” job! I hope you will place this letter in all of their personnel files and please express to them my thanks.
Have a blessed holiday!
With my sincere gratitude,
Shelia D. Rodgers

Dear Read,
Just a quick note to thank you and the "A" Team for making my move so smooth. Wayne, Queen, Fred and Greg were the best. They really kept the furniture moving! They were punctual, polite, and very efficient. I observed they took extra care with all my belongings, making sure not to damage the furniture or the walls. I will be calling on you to move my things from storage as soon as my husband and I find a new home. I will also be giving your name to my real estate agent, so he will have a reliable source for his other clients.
Best Regards,
Kellie Kicklighter

Ralph,
Thank you so much for helping us today. It is not very often, these days, that you call a company to perform a task and that business is courteous and kind from start to finish. Dawn and I were so impressed with the gentlemen you sent to help us move. They were gracious, very respectful, kind, courteous, and friendly. We have said nothing but good words about you, your company, and your workers since they left today. Thank you for making this experience easy and enjoyable.
On another note we cut a check for 4 hours + a 50 dollar tip for the three guys. They were so wonderful and they really deserved it. Also for accounts payable may we have your EIN number so we can send a 1099 at the end of the year.
Thank you again for all your help and we look forward to doing business with you in the future.
Happy Holidays!
Leslie Workman

Ralph,
As someone who has used the services of Georgia Pack and Load in over 8 (Wow, can it be that many!!??!!) moves in the course of 15 years, I proudly declare that I am more than a satisfied customer, but a solid referral source whenever the opportunity presents itself. I am always met by an enthusiastic and hard working team of movers who are obviously there to satisfy me in the process. The possessions that I have acquired over this course of time are always treated with the utmost care, and I am confident that family heirlooms and antiques as well as paintings and other valuables are in good hands. Please feel free to have anyone contemplating Georgia Pack and Load for their next move to contact me. It would be a pleasure to confidently make the recommendation.
