Each starts with a walkthrough of both locations, from which we build a plan covering furniture, equipment, records, and the order everything needs to arrive. The plan is written down, priced clearly, and agreed on before move day, with dates committed in writing.

Can you move our office over a weekend?
Yes, and most office moves are scheduled exactly that way. Crews load Friday evening after close of business, work through the weekend, and have desks, files, and equipment positioned before staff arrive Monday morning. Evening and phased weekday moves are also available.
How do you keep our equipment and files organized during the move?
Every workstation, cabinet, and carton gets a label keyed to a floor plan of the new space. The crew places each item by its label, so a specific desk lands in a specific room rather than in a pile by the door. Confidential records stay sealed and tracked throughout.
Do you handle computers and IT equipment?
We pack and transport workstations, monitors, printers, and rack equipment using anti-static materials and padded transport. Disconnection and reconnection of your network is coordinated with your IT staff or vendor so responsibilities are clear on both ends.
What size businesses do you move?
Everything from a two-room professional suite to a full office floor or warehouse. With crews in Suwanee, Waycross, and Valdosta, we handle commercial moves in metro Atlanta and across south Georgia, including multi-stage moves spread over several weekends.
Can you move us over a weekend so we do not lose a business day?
That is how most of our commercial jobs run. Nights, weekends, and holidays are normal scheduling for us, and the move is planned backwards from the hour you need to be operational again.
Do you disconnect and reconnect computers and equipment?
We disassemble, move, and reassemble workstations and furniture. For servers, phone systems, and specialized equipment we coordinate with your IT vendor on timing so the disconnect and reconnect happen around our load and unload rather than during it.
How do you keep track of everything in an office move?
Contents are inventoried and labeled by destination, room, floor, or workstation, before anything is loaded, so items land where they belong instead of in a pile for your staff to sort out.
