Peachtree City was planned before it was built, and moving there means working inside that plan. More than 100 miles of golf cart paths tie the villages together, most families own a cart the way other towns own a second car, and the HOAs that keep the place looking sharp have firm opinions about where a moving truck parks and how long it stays. Georgia Pack and Load has moved enough households into Peachtree City to plan for all of it before the truck leaves the yard.
Village by Village
Aberdeen, Braelinn, and Kedron are not marketing labels, they are how Peachtree City actually organizes itself, each village with its own schools, shopping, and street patterns, with lake homes around Lake Peachtree and Lake Kedron mixed in. Our estimator asks which village you are moving into because it changes the plan: cul-de-sac depth, cart path crossings near the driveway, and where a 26 foot truck can stage without blocking a neighbor. Residential moves here start with a real walkthrough, never a guess from a form.
Yes, We Move the Golf Cart
The cart is part of the household in Peachtree City, and it travels with everything else. We load carts by ramp, strap them for transit, and note them on the quote so there is no move day surprise about truck space. Families arriving from out of town usually buy a cart within the first month, so we stage the garage with that in mind and keep the future cart parking clear.
Working Inside Strict HOA Rules
Peachtree City HOAs enforce standards most towns only write down: no trucks parked overnight, no pods camped in the driveway for a week, lawns that need to look untouched after we leave. Our answer is a tight one day operation. Full packing service runs ahead of the truck, plywood and mats go down wherever wheels touch grass, and the crew is sized so loading finishes inside the window your covenants allow.

Film Families and Dates That Move
Fayette County's film industry relocates people on production timelines, which is to say suddenly and with dates that shift late. We keep flexibility for that. Quotes stay valid when a shoot pushes your schedule, storage bridges any gap between houses, and long hauls to the next production city run on our own trucks as a licensed interstate carrier. Whatever date the calendar lands on, the delivery window we commit to is put in writing before we load.

Moving in Peachtree City: quick answers
Can you move our golf cart along with the rest of the house?
Yes, and in Peachtree City we plan for it. The cart goes on the truck with ramps and transit straps, the same way we secure riding mowers and shop equipment. Tell the estimator about the cart up front so the load plan reserves floor space and the battery is disconnected before travel.
Will the moving truck cause problems with our HOA?
It should not, because we plan the move around the rules. Peachtree City HOAs commonly restrict overnight truck parking and long-term pods in driveways, so we build a plan where the truck arrives, loads, and leaves inside one day, with mats and plywood protecting any grass the wheels or dollies touch.
Which parts of Peachtree City do you cover?
All of it. Aberdeen, Braelinn, Kedron, and the newer sections all see our trucks, along with homes around Lake Peachtree and Lake Kedron. The estimator asks which village you are in because street layout and truck staging differ from one to the next, and the plan should match.
Our production dates keep shifting. Can the quote shift with them?
Yes. Film work moves households on schedules that change late, so a Peachtree City quote from us stays valid when your date pushes. If the gap between houses opens up, our storage holds everything in the middle, loaded once and delivered when you say go.
